Social connections can be protective against mental health issues. Maintain relationships with friends and family. If you're feeling isolated, consider joining clubs, organizations, or support groups.

Physical Activity

Regular exercise can help reduce anxiety and depression. It releases endorphins, which are natural mood lifters.

Healthy Diet

What you eat can affect your mood. Consume a balanced diet with plenty of water, fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. Limit caffeine and sugar, which can make you feel jittery and anxious.

Manage Stress

Techniques like meditation, deep breathing, and progressive muscle relaxation can be effective.


5. Sleep

Sleep has a strong impact on mood. Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep per night. Establish a routine, create a sleep-friendly environment, and avoid screens before bedtime.
